These adult disposable briefs work great for my sister who has severe cerebral palsy.

Very absorbant, being using it for over 5 years.

We ordered these for my special needs daughter who still has accidents at night. The install is red and the first morning she took them off I thought she had blood everywhere. It was very startling at first. I would suggest changing that in the future, they work well for our intended use. A cheaper alternative to name brands

this is the 6th overnight diaper we've used to stop overnight bed-wetting. this one works with the help of inserting a spoosie insert. great fit for my 60lb son and there is no oder. he is very active before he goes to sleep and he tosses around a lot but these diapers do not shift on him. also, these do not disintegrate like several of the other brands once they're soaked

I use these for my daughter and they last overnight without leakage. She holds a lot and these never fail me. If you need one for overnight these are the ones to get

My son pees a lot at night so we initially purchased the size extra small. They seemed to work well. He really does pee a ton and actually peed through several of these. These diapers definitely absorb and hold more than say, huggies or pampers though. My reason for a 3 star rating is due to the fact that the size difference from extra small to small is that the actual absorbent pad doesn't seem to be any bigger. Basically they just added some sheer plastic to extend the size.

Tranquility ATN is my loved one's favorite brand of disposables. She says they have the best protection and aren't bulky like other disposables. As of 8/2022, this seller offers them at the best price I've found with super fast shipping. I will be seeking them when it's time to purchase Tranquility ATN disposable briefs again.
