I love how convenient they are when I’m running late and need some protein to go! The taste is great and not chalky at all, almost tasted like a tootsie roll 🍬I love RSP and it’s products! I will definitely be trying these in the vanilla flavor too 😍

Honestly these tasted horrible but they were really filling and kept cravings down the rest of the day. If you don’t mind the taste of stevia, I would recommend.

I LOVE this ready to drink. I purchased chocolate and will be buying the vanilla. It tastes like a milkshake ( legit like the old school Hersey syrup in milk and ice cream). It’s not too rich or sweet which I find in a lot of the RTDs on the market.I drink as a post work out or meal replacement. Keeps me in my partial keto diet with only 6g carbs and 0g sugar !Love that it has all the good stuff and none of the bad. It’s a high quality complete milk protein isolate and they support animal welfare. 20g proteinAlso enjoy the packaging - fits well in my cup holder vs the clunky square ones.Highly recommend !

The flavor was okay. Not the best when it comes to protein shakes. In the premixed bottles, no matter how hard you shake them, they were chunky. I thought maybe it was just the one so you tried a couple more and even in vanilla. All the same. Would not recommend.

I loved the nutrition content this ready mixed TrueFit option provides me for a quick breakfast on busy mornings. It has a lot of protein that keeps me full all morning and it has a good chocolate flavor!

I like that the TrueFit Shake is quick an easy, waiting in the fridge for me after my workout. The taste is smooth, kind of like pre-made chocolate milk which I enjoy, and doesn't taste like a protein powder (not chalky at all) while still giving all the benefits.I will say I love the regular chocolate TrueFit powder (probably the best I’ve tried!) and this does not taste the same, but the Shake is good and ready when you need something quick

I have yet to find a better quality protein than this TrueFit Protein. Grass fed, clean protein is so important and I can literally feel the difference when drinking these shakes compared to the other factory processed, cage fed proteins. Doesn't have that heavy chemical taste to it and is loaded with nutrients. Fiber, MCT Oil, etc. I order the single bottles for a quick fix and just ordered the powder also to add to my oatmeal, cereal, and other meals as well.

I absolutely love this shake. It’s so convenient when I need protein on the go or quickly after a workout, and the best part is it tastes great without all the added sugar and extra nonsense. Definitely a great deal for the money, and it’s got great nutrition for a protein supplement!
