I am two months in, maybe a little longer, time flys. More energy and skin is looking more hydrated. I take it with food and tea in the AM to get my day started.

I started taking these and do feel better. Time will tell.

My teen age daughter who Plays volleyball for a local club, and one of the reasons I purchase this AstaFX Plus was because her timing on blocking the ball was slow. After taking the supplement her timing has improved. It's a Game changer, It's giving you a slight edge. I didn't give it 5 stars because she just started taking this supplements, but I have notices a change since she been taking this product.

Works well- . ..but a bit pricey!I take it with krill and/or fish oil and the energy I feel is amazing . This is no joke!Thanks Purity!!

We didn’t realize that the main ingredient Axtaxanthin comes from algae. I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence, but my husband, who is allergic to shellfish, started getting a scratchy throat and cough after taking this for several days. We will see if he gets better after not taking it for a while and then will try it again just to be sure.
