Makes really cute small waffles. They are a little thick so take a little longer to cook each round….appx 5.5 or 5.75 minutes each set if I recall correctly for the mochi waffles I made. So not for the days when you are rushing to eat breakfast & get out the door. Nicely browned. A little annoying to clean afterwards but oh well. If Apple would let me chose a photo from Google Photos I’d attach a picture of the waffles I made. But Apple doesn’t play well with Google & others.

What a fun waffle maker! I suggest using regular pancake or waffle mix and not ones with sprinkles inside because that will cause the plates to stick. It would be great if there were interchangeable plates so we wouldn’t have to buy 5-6 waffle makers for the different designs. Using one tablespoon or so of mix seems perfect, a little less for smaller shapes. Clean up is easy with a damp paper towel.

My son loved it, it is very cute but it is easy to use, you cannot control the temperature but the recommended time works, and it is just a bit hard to clean all the small sections.

I bought this waffle maker in order to have smaller waffles for my little ones to eat. I was tired of giving them pre-made pancakes with no real nutritional value, and I have one that refuses to eat anything but waffles. This easy to use and easy to clean waffle maker gives the kids fun options of which "animal" to eat that day. In addition, I am able to add a healthier mix into the waffle maker and give them protein when they eat waffles for breakfast. It is a great product and I love the recipes that were included with the machine. The only complaint I have is that there is no locking mechanism, so the waffles toward the handle are not as done as the others. Not enough to not eat, but it would be nice to have evenly cooked waffles. Great product overall!

The waffle maker is cute, my children are love it, but the joint between the cover and plate was broken when I used on the third time.

Cute but worked less than a month. Smelled like electrical fire & then stopped working. Also, would have been better if it could flip to put batter in both sides of plates.

This is a fun item at our beach house. The kids love making fun shaped waffles. It works really well and the waffles are good. It's a little tough to clean because of all the crevices. But it's worth it.
