Good neck support and comfort with this rounded firm foam pillow. Just the right amount of firmness to support the neck but not cause pressure that a rolled towel does. Provides a good night sleep and you'll wake feeling rested.

I've been pretty surprised by this pillow. I bought it more as a test to see if I liked a memory foam contour pillow, thinking that if I did I'd probably buy a better quality pillow, but I have been very happy with this one. I was initially worried because the pillow was not as firm as I was hoping it was going to be as there was more give while lying down, but it fits snugly between my head and shoulder while lying on my side and I haven't gotten any complaints about my snoring the since I've been using it, so that was nice too. Some reviews of other memory foam pillows have people complaining about the pillows getting too hot, but I haven't had an issue with this one.Really just a surprisingly good pillow for around $22.00.

I have a hyper-extended neck, so I need an ergonomic pillow that keeps my neck supported all night. I have used this style of pillow for many years. This one is made of a cool blue material. It has been much more comfortable than my old pillow, but after a full night it does seem to give a little too much and then my neck isn't supported as much as I need. It doesn't go flat or anything, I just need it a bit more firm. Would likely be fine if you don't have the neck issues I do.

This is a great, supportive pillow. I occasionally use the flat side, and alternate the large and small rests depending on where I position the pillow. It’s meant to be contoured for head and neck, but I turn it different ways to use it for suiting up, knee rest , whatever. Only warning, pillow cases negate a lot of the cooling effect of this pillow. If you got it for cooling you may have to use it without a case to get any benefit.

I know this is a subjective topic, but in no way can this be considered a firm pillow. We returned it after realizing that it's too soft (maybe a medium-firm at best, but we were looking for firm).

Excellent pillow for such a great price.My chiropractor tried selling me something similar for triple the cost, it wasn’t nearly as high quality as this pillow is. It is a little smaller than other pillows I have owned, but I’ve never had a pillow shaped like this before. For reference- I’m a side sleeper- I was having a lot of neck and upper back issues, tried several $100 memory foam pillows, nothing helped. A few nights of sleeping on this pillow and I felt better. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t had any more issues with my neck. It has held up well and supports me where I need it. And- its easy to clean, just take the cover off and throw in the wash, no worries about allergens or dust mites. Overall, I’m sleeping better and happy with the purchase.

I bought this for my husband since he was having neck problems while sleeping. After a couple days, he said he was waking up much better and no stiff neck. He said his neck is no longer strained and fits perfectly on the pillow. Now, I am having neck issues so, I ordered one for myself. Can't wait to get it!

When the pillow first arrived, I was shocked at how small it was. I have the standard/queen size pillow cases, and I had quite a bit of extra fabric. I don't remember what size I ordered since it's been quite a while. It works, I just have to straighten and readjust the case around it.

I've had this pillow for just over a year and at around the 7th month it started to wear out and collapse completely. I would wake up with terrible neck and shoulder pain. For the price this pillow should last much longer. I've had other memory foam pillows that lasted 5 years. I guess they don't make them like they used to.
