I am so sick of thermal mugs that have components break that cannot be replaced. At least with this mug, if something breaks (and I have had it for two weeks, so I really don't know about long-term durability) the cost of the whole set is less than the cost of replacement parts for my "Coldest Cup" that are not available anyway. The good news: this cup keeps water and ice cold overnight and well beyond. I did a test for this review: the cup, loaded with all the ice it would hold plus all the water it would take, stayed cold and had some ice left after 24 hours. CAVEAT: I was not opening and closing the cup that would be the case if it were being used; it just sat on my kitchen counter @68 degrees for 24 hours. The bad news: this cup lists as only 6 oz. bigger than my "Coldest Cup" referenced above. HOWEVER, it is huge. I presume I have average sized hands for an adult female, and I can barely hold onto it. The saving grace: it comes with a removable handle that stays put once it is installed (it can still be removed but it will not fall down the sides of the cup in my experience.) With the handle on, the cup is controllable but it is still large...very large and correspondingly heavy. The cup seems well-made and is smooth on the inside reducing "germ traps," and the outside does not sweat. It comes with a stainless steel straw that I do not use for safety reasons, but it comes with the crucial "straw cleaner" if one were using it.Overall, I am mostly very please with this purchase. If anything goes wrong, I will update this review. N.B.: have not used this cup for coffee--even I could not handle 30 oz. of coffee. Therefore, I have no "hot" experience to report. The product claim is considerably less for hot beverages than cold. I do not know why this is, but it is consistent with other stainless steel cups.

This is a great deal - much less expensive than Yeti and works at least as well (I've never tried a Yeti) - PLUS you get all you need for one low price. A friend bought a name brand tumbler set (2 30 oz tumblers) and rec'd a 30 oz & a 20 oz. She also had to purchase handle and straw separately...I didn't want that kind of hassle and really didn't want to pay that kind of money (over $100 total) but I wanted it all - spill proof, long lasting insulation, the works.When I ordered this tumbler (I ordered 2 - 1 for my husband as well) I had read that it was a small company, a plus for me; I have since learned that they are green and have a social conscience, which makes me glad I ordered from them.I have used this outside in 100°+ temps and had ice left hours later.So - looks and work great, multiple color choices for same cost, everything you want/need for under $20 - can't think why you'd buy anything else! Would I buy again? YES, absolutely.UPDATE: Not proud of this, but after sitting outside in Texas heat for 4 hours, I was hot and tired and had nothing but ice left in my tumbler, so I went inside, put the tmbler on a handy shelf and called it a night. The not-so-proud part - I found the tumbler almost 3 days later; the amazing part - the water inside (from melted ice) was COLD!

Absolutely, No-Holds-Barred, BEST portable, steel walled, cup I've found!!! I actually use this one with great pleasure! It has the handle attachment to make it so easy to use. Even a big man's hand could use this handle. It came with two different lids. One (I use at home) with a simple slide close mouth spout. It's perfect when I'm wanting to use the included metal straw. I use ice at home & the straw, for pleasure in drinking my water. The water has stayed icy cold for 10-12 hrs. The other lid has a black, rubber-like, gasket at the mouth drink spout that seals well. This one requires a bit more than the simple thumb flick of the first lid to open & close. This second lid has a sort of gasket seating plug attached to seal the mouth spout. And this it does quite well with normal use. The shape makes it fit it any car cup holder. Yet my cup holds nearly a quart of water. I'm a big, water drinker so this is very advantageous! The handle, both lids, the metal straw & it's included cleaning brush, all parts of the cup easily disassemble for cleaning! It's a well thought out, well priced,extremely durable, all possible accutraments included, extreme beauty of a deal! On top of all that, it comes in such a variety or colors you can satisfy your whimsy. I chose my favorite color of pink, which makes me enjoy using the cup & even cleaning it daily. Do you get that I really love my cup & think the price a bargain?😉!? Get one!

I spent about 4 days total searching for the ideal 30-ounce tumbler set that wouldn't absolutely break the bank. That meant the Yeti was out of the question and I live on a fixed income, value is critical. Nearly two weeks ago when I was comparing the tumbler listings online, I was preparing to go on a cross-country trip and I needed something to keep my iced tea cold for at least 12 hours at a time. Since I drink the tea medicinally, keeping it at a nominal temperature is important. Making certain it didn't leak all over my grandmother's beautiful white Chevy Avalanche was also important. Never in my life did I believe I would find this six-piece set that included TWO functional lids, a metal straw, AND a matching handle, all for less than $20!!! I have been happily bragging to anyone and everyone I know who asks about my pretty pink tumbler. "Gold Armour is your company!"I'm so happy that I could support a smaller American business with this purchase, (and an environmentally friendly one too!!) as opposed to defaulting to wishcom just to find something affordable. As a wonderful bonus, I had to have my order from Amazon shipped overnight since I didn't get my payment until two days before we left on vacation. My tumbler set arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. The mug kept plenty of ice in it after driving with my family 12 hours across the Nevada desert. And I couldn't be happier. Thank you for such a wonderful product.P.S. To GA: As business owners based in California, I'm sure you can appreciate the fact my vacation destination was a cabin in the middle of a central California redwood forest, 5 miles away from Calaveras Big Trees State Park. ^_^

I really like this tumbler. It's comfortable to hold with the handle (separate purchase) and easy to clean. The fit of the handle could be improved though, if it is picked up by the tumbler near the top it slips out of the handle. It's a little awkward when using in a car, cup holder etc.Great product overall
