Had a few prickly branches to cut. This worked a treat. Wasn’t expensive, not sure how long it will last. I’ve never owned a saw before. I’m informed by a blades expert that it’s a great purchase! My husband laughs at me , friends my age are getting Botox, filler and buying Theatre tickets , gin tasting and comparing the platform size on their adidas and converse, me, well I’m good to go on a Sunday morning to finish ripping out a Quince bush and sawing it up with my new Saw! Yes I recommend this saw!

I bought this as my old saw had seen better days. I mainly use it around the house for cutting fence posts and for other odd diy jobs around the house. The saw looks well made and is plenty sharp. It cuts through things easily. Hopefully it will give many years of service but we will have to see. At the price point I think it represents good value for money. Hmmm. Not being an expert of the use of a saw, the difficulty I'm experiencing with this item may be operator error, however it is very hard to use. I bought it for wee odd jobs around my garden but it's a problem to use. I dunno if it's the gap between the teeth that's the problem, but it is very hard to get the saw 'going', and once into any wood its takes a monumental effort to cut. Perhaps it's just me, but previous saw units have been easier to use.

Sharp blade on this saw. Used it to saw through some thick wood. Was great to use and is as described.
