Love this gum and the taste is better the longer you chew it. It does suppress your appetite. For the price it’s good, because it cost most in the store.

This actually works to curb cravings, as for the gum part it’s mediocre and the flavor lasts for exactly five seconds. I recommend getting the tincture but this is a good starter

My wife loves this gum. Recommend this flavor (she said “no go on cinnamon, it faded TOO QUICKLY”) Read on here someone mentioned the same and advised to get the mint and suck it like a piece candy for awhile AND THEN CHEW! That was smart!! “That worked great”, she said. She thinks it’s a bit pricy but great for days you’re traveling or working and no time to eat! Want yo lose a few pounds! Super!

I am SO MAD at Uncrave. I bought this product with such high hopes, only to find out after it arrived and I opened the box and ate a piece that it says in tiny print in italics on the back of the box that it CANNOT BE USED if you are taking an antidepressant!! At first I blamed myself for missing this warning on Amazon when I bought it and not reading the box carefully before opening, but then I went back to the Amazon page tonight and there is NO WARNING ANYWHERE in their pictures or description of the product! Come On Uncrave! You know that people struggling with depression are going to be very interested in your product, as emotional eating and depression go hand and hand, so it is completely irresponsible of you not to put this warning in your product description and pictures online. It's even MORE irresponsible for the warning to be so tiny and written in italics and be the last sentence in your warning list on the box. It's obvious you're hoping people don't find it till it's too late and can't return the product. Shame on you.

These gums taste ok but I don't feel any hunger blocking effects at all. I was looking anti-hinger results, they do not work for me.
