Abraham I would go a next size bigger so as the underwear is not so snug. Calvin Klein size chart shows that if you have a waist size of 32"-34", then your a medium. The next size larger would be for you 36"-38" which is a large. My waist size is 40"-42" XL so I purchased an 2XL and they are comfortable for me. They are not a loose fitting underwear.
