Was just what I ordered

I love how big this sink is! It makes washing the dishes so easy. We’ve also given our 1 year old a few baths in here. He has enough room to splash around and have fun. The faucet we got has a bit of trouble reaching the corners to rinse the sink, so I recommend getting one with a long neck. Over all the sink is great and I would tell anyone on the fence to go ahead and get it.

The shipping container was not well thought out I had to replace the sink three times in the first picture below the corner was dented the second picture was the second sink the other corner was dented and finally the third sink after sending all the sinks back and having them replace it had a slight dent on the edge I spoke to my countertop guy and he said he’ll work around it since it’s not visible because the granite was going to cover it

This sink drains poorly

This sink was installed on 6/5/21. After 3 years of moderate usage a safety issue has developed and has a high risk of serious laceration. The sheet metal on the front apron of the sink has become delaminated from the top of the surface of the apron. When working at the sink this is the area where one tends to rest their arms and elbows. This joint failure now flexes and is very sharp and is a pinch point. This sink has not been abused or damaged in any way, this failure was first noticed on 5/20/24. At the time of this review Kichae has been contacted and informed of the issue however they have not returned any of my messages. I will update this review if they respond to my messages. This sink is mounted under a granite countertop and will require a granite countertop contractor to remove the countertops so that a new sink can be installed. I highly recommend looking at a different sink manufacture, consumer safety was not taken into account in the design and build of this sink.

Love the space and ability to wash large items on the sink. The assessors are great for food prep and they are supposed on the sink sides so no messes.

Great additions to sink. I love the cutting board, strainer and drying rack that comes with it. I use all three daily when preparing dinner.
