Good for long runs
This bottle holds enough water for me to run a good 10-12 miles. Stays in the hand well. The pocket on the front is nice for holding keys or mid-run snacks.

Convenient
So easy to use and holds enough to get me though my walk. Not awkward to hold. And the strap is adjustable.

Great insulation but a little large for my small hand
So happy to find an insulated water bottle for my short runs...but, it's too large for my small hand and the pouch wont fit my Samsung 21 Ultra. Will use the water bottle for long walks. It was difficult to lift the valve during my run and as a result water leaked on my face. Maybe it just takes practice. Would recommend this product for the insulation.

I’m a big fan of its ease of use and the nozzle can be closed as opposed to the sports shot valves that leak

Easy to hold bottle. I’m using this one to replace one I just didn’t like. It cost more, but it’s worth it

Awkward
I thought this was the same bottle as my old, small Nathan. But, the mouthpiece is different on this one. I find it difficult to get a good sip of water with this one. The bottle isn't easy to squeeze. I will only use this on a short run when I don't think I will need much water.

Good for running
I hate carrying stuff while I run but this bottle has been great. Recommend for those running long distance.

Very easy to hold, very difficult to drink out of
This is comfortable and easy to run with. However, I really struggle to drink from this, especially while running. The mouth piece is quite large and unless I can put the whole thing in my mouth to drink, it dribbles all over the place. Between moving, being out of breath, and having a small mouth, that's not very easy to do on a run -- in fact, I only manage it about 60% of the time. So... it really isn't a great option for me. (I've read other reviews about making sure the cap is on squarely and fully tightened and I've carefully checked it each time -- that doesn't seem to be the issue as it doesn't dribble water everywhere if I get the entire mouthpiece in my mouth, and it does if I don't, but using it that way is really a challenge for me).
