GREAT BUY!
These strings sound great and they don't break easily as others have said. Anyone looking to replace their Cordoba Mini's strings should buy these instead of the E strings. Give these a try. You might be comfortable with standard tuning but it just won't be the same on a smaller guitar, so why bother? This is a guitalele, it is meant to be in A.

Great sound!
These sound the best on my guitalele. I’m currently using the E tuning set, and I can’t wait for them to break so I can use these again.

Love my Cordoba Mini - be prepared to tie string beads here
My little Cordoba Mini is my lifeline right now during the Coronavirus shutdowns, as I'm due two shoulder joint replacements that have been postponed. This little charmer keeps me practicing and pain-free. So, I'm reviewing the A string set - haven't tried the E set yet. This was the first time I have changed strings from the factory installed (A) set. The original strings had about 8 weeks on them with me, and were getting very frayed and dead. 1-2 hours/day. As I removed the old ones, I noticed that ALL 6 of the strings from factory were hand knotted/tied to the bead - not just the unwound ones. Looking at the new set out of the package, saw that the wound 3 bass strings were wrapped around the outside of bead, and I didn't like the looks of the connection. Decided to tie in all 6 to their bead, not just the trebles, which added a few minutes of putz-time, but I think will be more stable in the end. Restrung, wound up all of the usual classical string stretch, and tuned. Things are good...the new trebles sound nice...not sure how long before they dull. That's a problem I find with almost ALL classical string sets.Anyway...the strings are what they are, and for the Mini are likely fine enough. With the super short scale, there aren't many options. I'm merely suggesting you consider tying all 6 of the beads when you change strings. I wouldn't trust the 3 wound bass strings as they come in the package.**Update: it's been a couple of weeks and the strings are holding up well. I did notice right away corrosion on the wound strings at the frets, but it hasn't caused any problems.***Further update: It's been a good 8 weeks now, at least 1 hour/day playing and the strings held together fine. I did have one slip it's bead, but the knot was enough to hold it in place under the bridge pins, so left well enough alone. As with the original set, the treble strings lost brilliance after a week -10 days, but I expect that. Resigned I guess. Had the same corrosion problems especially at the upper frets with the G string (A to A tuning), but it didn't break..just looked scary. ;) I still advise tying all 6 into the bead - and (haha) keep the tuning peg ends long for a few days while the strings settle down and stretch out. This time, I installed the D'Addario Requinto strings. Curious if the trebles will dull as fast, and if that darned G string will hold up better at the upper frets.

These nylon strings are designed to be a perfect match for the Cordoba guitar I ordered(the mini-OCE acoustic-electric)
These nylon strings are designed to be a perfect match for the Cordoba guitar I ordered(the mini-OCE acoustic-electric). I recommend ordering several sets for your Cordoba mini-guitar because your local shop may not carry them.

Takes Balls
Strings are absolutely terrific, and have great sound. The problem is that the three high strings do not have the balls pre-attached. What’s that about? I was watching my guitar set up by a luthier right in front of me. First the balls fell out of bag, then And then I watch the string just snap. Goodbye ball. Luckily, there was enough string left in the tuner that he was able to reattach it the traditional way. The Luther had never seen that before. again my question is what is the point of selling guitar strings with ball ends if you’re not gonna attach the darn balls.I will

I wasted $16 on a useless set of strings
These strings (the treble nylons with the knotting and all) are a pain to put on... but, I suffered thru it. They stretched and stretched, and finally this morning the second day) they seemed to start to stay somewhere close to in tune. Just now the next to the biggest wound string BROKE. Just sitting there, all by itself. I wasted $16 on a useless set of strings. And Cordoba does not identify the gauge of the strings, so who knows what size it is. NOPE. NOT AGAIN. These are crap. I would not buy these overpriced breaking strings.
