I love putting this in my egg-drop, chicken noodle soup. I prefer these over the wider noodles, too.

Best noodle of all
I just love all of them, from fine to wide. Yes it has to be Manischewitz. I like (and buy) real Italian capellini too, but in most recipes the egg noodles are even better than capellini. Manischewitz noodles add a great flavor and texture to every dish.

Family favorites
We love these noodles for soup. They are my favorite and the entire family rejoices when I purchase large chickens and make chicken and noodle soup. We especially like this treat during the winter months.

The perfect sized noodle for soup.
Year are my favorite size noodle when making matzo ball soup for weekly Shabbat. They’re quick cooking and I put them aside after quick chilling and allow everyone to add as much as preferred to their bowls.
