The best .15 size nitro engine ever made.
This is one of the best .15 size nitro engines ever produced. Got 10 years out of the first one i installed. Powerful, reliable, easy to tune, and easy to start.

The best engine that you could possibly get for your traxxas vehicle. My traxxas tmaxx had the 2.5 but it had air leaks so I baught the 2.5R

Runs like a champ
Replaced the original 2.5 (non R) in my Nitro Rustler. Runs like a champ. People tend to stick up their noses at the TRX line of engines, but the half-dozen I've had have all been easy to work with, hard pulling motors.

Defective motor
Motor has only been ran twice and both times after properly broken in it would continuously over rev to the point it destroyed my sons transmission! I have been in this hobby 30+ years and never had this issue. Since then the motor has been sitting in the box.

The engine arrived as stated, looks great and now i am in the process of accesorizing it at my local hobby shop. from what I see and have been told, its a great engine. We'll see once I fire it up. Satisfied, so far.
