Lowered my blood sugar. I will buy again
My blood sugar was at 137. After 3 days it’s down to 99. And that was after having a large piece of cake the night before. Haven’t experienced any weight loss yet but it’s only been a few days. I work out 5 days a week so my weight fluctuates a lot anyway.
