Recommended reading for my INSEAD Transition to General Management program. I'm very happy to have read this simple guide for improving ones coaching chops. It's a quick read and time well spent for any manager.

Really good read, with practical tips. I highly recommend this for someone who is going into coaching, moving into a management position or is starting off with their career in any field.

The book had an excellent flow. It provided stories to illustrate the points and solid tools a descriptions. Useful read for those getting into coaching.

The business fable style makes it an easy read, while effectively conveying the information. I picked up some very useful information that has already affected my coaching of team members.

All the fundamentals covered to embark on a coache’s journey weaved into an interesting story of Alex’s progression as a manager and development as a leader
