Same company as the vitamin C I take due to its absorption technology. Not gonna lie, the taste is not pleasant but I just open squirt into mouth and have a chaser drink. The taste is absolutely terrible. I have to hold my nose when I take it. It also caused my tummy to be upset the first few times I used it but seems to be getting better. I'd still recommend the product, just based on the fact that the absorbancy is high and I do feel like I have a lot more energy than usual.

Has a weird taste you can't notice it at first. And when you burp and pee you can smell it.

I have been using the Vitamin C ever since I received it free at a marathon race. I thought i would give the Vitamin B a try and i am very pleased with the product. Easy to drink and actually felt an energy boost after this first use.
