Yoga Instructor loves this yoga fusion workout
I've been following NikkiFitness workouts for years and doing the DVDs every week. I am a yoga instructor so I could not wait to buy her first book that is also a yoga fusion workout! I love how she weaves yoga poses like side crow, forearm stand and astavakrasana for upper body strength, and tweaks moves like warrior three to add a booty boost. The cardio intervals allow me to do it all in one day and I feel challenged but refreshed by the end!

Challenging but fun
I used to take classes with Nicole at my gym in NYC until I moved. I honestly never got a better workout in my life than with her. When i heard from a friend that she had a book out i had to check it out. I bought Slimnastics because I knew it would challenge me but still be fun. It did not disappoint! You will get your sweat on and get motivated to do more. Love it!

This is THE workout for those who want to take their training to the next level. The combination of yoga with plyometrics makes for an absolutely insane workout.
