Think of foam but better!!
This product is great!! Think of house made foam without the mess or time! The consistency is great. It’s basically between theraputty and foam textures so molding and stretching can be done in place and won’t slither down on you like slime does. And it’s a perfect depth texture so that it’s not hard to mold back to normal but also leaves a imprint when pushing into it to give that sensory satisfaction. This is great for ADHD/Autistic children or just to relieve any sort of anxiety or stress! I highly recommended this product even as adults for the office setting. This is great for clinic use to also strengthen those kids’ digits and hands :) You can also hide objects inside for them to find AND combining/touching other colors will not affect the material; they won’t stick or mix together like playdoh does! Overall 5 stars! I’m so excited to use! :)

Great for this autistic adult
When I went to college in Providence, our studio classes were five hours long. These stress balls kept me sane. I was worried I’d get weird looks from fellow students, but they just thought my stress ball was cool and wanted to try it themselves lol! I was honestly really upset to see the quality of these stress balls tank over time…I bought the same kind of toy from a different store here on Amazon for a year with no problems, only to suddenly hit a wall where every stress ball I ordered arrived dried out or with a broken seal. I am delighted to report that (at least for now) this seller produces the original stress balls I missed so much: soft Play-Doh-like stuffing, wrapped in plastic so you don’t have to deal with that clingy residue you get from clay (I’m very texture-sensitive, so that’s a huge plus for me. Sometimes the plastic shells on these stress balls arrive with their own warehouse residue, but that goes away). It’s true that these stress balls contain a lot of empty air. I personally don’t mind. As long as I’ve got enough encased clay to poke and stretch and shape, I’m good. These might not be a great fit for kids—or at least the ones who like to play rough with their stim toys. But as an autistic adult, these are my favorite stress balls on the market.

Busted in Two Days
I was looking for something squishy and easy to grip to help from grabbing my phone so much while working. As soon as I felt this toy I knew this wasn’t what I wanted. It is simply a solid foam ball encased by a thin, rubbery coating. You have to squeeze the ball quite a lot in order to break up the foam into pieces. Once you’ve broken up the foam the toy is easier to grip and squeeze, but isn’t squishy or soft. I decided to roll with it even though it wasn’t what I wanted and two days after receiving it the coating burst and I was covered in little foam pieces. Do yourself a favor and do more research than it did!

Patience is key!
When I first ordered this product I was expecting something alittle more swishy and “fun” if you will. When I first opened it and started to use it I noticed it was as if someone had put cloth or cotton inside of the ball. It was very weird and didn’t feel normal, as well as the “liquid” inside the ball tore as I push into it. After around 10-20 minutes of squeezing it I noticed it started to soften up and felt nice! It’s like you have to “break it in” like a new shoe or sofa. Definitely worth the buy if you have the patience to break it in!

Great...except for breaking right away!
Bought this for my 8 yo, who suffers from significant anxiety and needs a fidget for school and other situations. She has found that Nee Doh and other stress balls and types of sime and putty tend to either not be firm enough or stretchy enough for her. When this pack of 2 arrived today we were excited; they seemed perfect (although they are specifically described as "bouncy" in the listing and they are not!). Bit after just a few hours, off and on, of normal kneading and stretching, a hole appeared in the rubbery outer casing, and the white stuff inside (polyurethane?) was being pushed out. Finally she just pulled off the rest of the outer stuff. Even this didn't immediately spoil it. She likes the tactile sensation of the ball's guts; she says it feels sort of like "cloud slime". It was clear though that it couldn't last long in that form, and certainly not be sent to school! After less than an hour of gut-fidgeting withou the exterior, it warmed up and lost its firmness, so there was no longer that resistance she needs. We left it to sit for awhile and it regained its firmness, but without its cover it warms very quickly. Also, as it was kneaded and manipulated it began to get moist. Not only did it become unpleasantly clammy, but the consistency began to change, and I am certain that once it picked up dirt and became grimy I wouldn't be able to clean it without it completely losing its "Doughball-ness". But, my smart girl! She put the guts in a disposable Nitrile glove and is knotting off the fingers and wrist opening. It's been about 20 minutes, and so far she says it's "working". As tickled as I am over her resourcefulness, it is still incredibly frustrating that whether in its plasticky rubber skin; skinless naked guts; or the highly experimental and controversial "Nitrile skin transplant", this cool fidget that has all the qualities she needs (except durability) just can't be counted on. And she really needs this much more than anyone just needs a neat toy.

Squishy
It was a great item for a college students as the squeezability was satisfying. it may be easily popped by a child causing leakage, lager hole size, and lack of ease of cleaning. Overall very squishy

Seem to be durable and they’re certainly squeezable
I got this not so much for stress, as I have used similar items in the past, but for keeping my hands agile. The balls (or blobs, they’re actually flexible in shape) are squeezable from the start (no warm up required) and they remain flexible. They’re fairly easy to squeeze (but do take some effort) and appear to be very durable. They don’t appear to contain sand (it’s more like a doughy consistency) and are not filled with little beans or anything so it’s unlikely they will bust open. I keep one in my office and one in my car and enjoy using them.

They rip easily
Bought these as a Christmas present for one of my children - had them less than two weeks and two of the three that came in the box (the orange one I gave to my mom as a stocking stuffer gift) have ripped at the top and I’ve had to super glue them multiple times. I was super excited to receive these as I love them. Very disappointed with the quality of them as they fell apart extremely quickly. Not to mention the foamy stuff inside gets all over my hands! 😑
