Mahatma Extra-Long-Grain Rice 5-Pound Rice Bag, Gluten-Free and Non-GMO White Rice Bulk Bag

I bought a new rice cooker and have been eating rice regularly. This is very good and the price is great. I buy the 2 pound size as it is the same cost per ounce as buying the 10 pound size. This keeps it fresher and for me it's easier to store five of the 2 pound bags than one 10 pound bag. I've never found those nasty bugs in them, but I place my grains in the freezer for four hours after they arrive here to kill any possible eggs that may be in them. I haven't had any bugs in any of this type of dry goods since I started doing that. And yes, this rice is delicious!

Long grain rice that is great value for the money. Competitive prices with stores. Cooks well in rice cooker or stove. Never had an issue with any bugs even when stored in pantry, it also helps to store with a couple of bay leaves (bugs hate them) received in a timely manner, packaged very nicely

I am at a higher altitude and many foods seem to have a problem with that. My only issue is/was, i wished the bag had a higher altitude "tip" for cooking. Ive used this brand for many years so i already figured it out, but as a newbie to 4000+ elevation i never took that into consideration. Besides the slight cooking issue. This rice tastes very good, rinses out nicely (not too dirty like some, seldomely do i come across anything besides rice grains)

This is a solid white rice. While i do prefer jasmin or basmati, this rice is very nice when you can't put in that extra money towards fancier types. Definitely recommend!

This is the most delicious rice. I like to serve it with Chili. It is foolproof to cook.
