The First Years Take & Toss Toddler Flatware Travel Set

We have bought 5-6 different kinds of flatware for our toddler and the Take and Toss is our favorite. I tend to buy the more expensive product thinking it will be superior. For once, that is not the case. The Take and Toss has no sharp metal so toddlers don't poke themselves while learning to maneuver their forks. They are also the perfect size for a toddler's mouth. It surprises me how wide some of the other flatware out there is.This travel set is my favorite! It is on my list of must-have's and I add it to all by baby/shower gifts. This lives in our diaper bag. Not only is it handy to have when eating away from home, but it doubles as a toy until the food arrives. My little guy loves shaking it and taking the utensils out and putting them back in, over and over. It's small, cleans up easily, and is cheap to replace when a spoon accidentally gets buried under a pile of wet wipes. Highly recommended!

I bought these for my 3 1/2 year old toddler. When he used them they were too small for his hand. My tike does have big hands for his age (Both his grandfathers have big hands!). My experience as I helped my child use the fork properly is that the fork doesn't catch food that well. Keep in mind this set is designed to help with training your little one to eat using utensils. The forks and spoons are better served for older babies and up to two years old. I ended up giving them away to my niece whose son is 2 years old. I got thrown off a little by the "toddler" name in the title. Otherwise these might be worth buying. I'm giving this 3 stars because of my experience. Although, I really like the case that these utensils come in which was my main draw to buying them.

Wasn't sure if I'd actually use these, but we find ourselves out and about and randomly stopping at restaurants or eating at friends' houses frequently, so I figured I'd try it. Have to say, it is GREAT to just keep in the diaper bag and have handy for that. Our toddler isn't quite old enough to be able to handle standard sized silverware yet, but these are small like the ones he uses at daycare. Perfect to have at the ready, easy to clean, and the container keeps them clean and makes them easy to find in the diaper bag. Every time I have whipped these out, I have received comments from friends that they have never seen anything like this and that it's such a great idea. We originally bought because we'll be travelling to see family w/ no kids, and this will be perfect for that too. Highly recommended as a diaper bag staple.

Very convenient to throw in the diaper bag. I always keep several sets in the carrying case to use at restaurants for my 3 year old daughter. Cheap enough that it isn't a big deal if they get lost, but we definitely wash and reuse them. I've been using this set for over a year and they show no signs of wear. They are sized for toddlers, and the bright colors are a nice touch. I also always have a few of the take and toss sippy cups in the bag, they are also very convenient for eating out with toddlers! I love these travel utensils. I had been looking for a basic, affordable set of forks and spoons that could be easily tossed into a diaper bag or purse. Many comparable products come with only a single spoon and twice as much. The utensils themselves are made of a basic plastic that are sharp enough to get the job done but gentle enough for babies to use. They seem sturdy enough for a travel utensil and are easily rinsed or wiped down when you are on the go. They are even great for a busy mama who forgets to grab a spoon for her morning yogurt! Overall, this is a great purchase at a great price.

Pretty decent set for the price. The fork can even be hard for me to stab stuff with sometimes though as I guide her. She probably thinks mommy has bad coordination skills too, lol. The spoon isn't as curved as I would prefer to help her with holding and scooping it off with her mouth but it is decent. Yes, there are better... And more expensive sets out there, but this is a good one for the go and just having as a backup.

So perfectly convenient for dining out or travel! LOVE LOVE LOVE the little carrying case that allows you to stash it quickly into any diaper or lunch bag. The set comes with 2 spoons, 2 forks, and a little knife. The sizes of the pieces are perfect for little toddlers' mouths. The smooth designs of all the pieces are also really easy to clean. My favorite feature is that you can also use the carrying case to hold dirty spoons and forks after they've been used when you can't get to a sink right away--just toss back in your bag and wash at home... genius!

We used this on a trip with our 11 month old daughter when we went overseas and it was exceptionally useful. The container is great and keeps things clean when you're traveling. We used these for a while even after our trip was over. At first Amazon or the company that sold it to us--by mistake sent us disposable spoons by accident but after notifying them of the mistake, either amazon or the company that sold the spoons sent us the correct product. Easy as pie and great service. Now that our daughter is 15ish month old she can't really use them anymore since it isn't deep enough to spoon a lot of food, but its ok...we still found these great when she was the appropriate age to use it.

Sono posate da viaggio per bambini, ma io le uso per me. :)Mi servivano posate piccole e discrete, con un contenitore anch'esso morigerato nei colori e nelle forme, da tenere in un cassetto in ufficio o portare nella sacca della palestra. Nelle pause pranzo consumo un pasto veloce da un thermos apposito, e con posate di metallo rischio di rovinarne l' interno.. inoltre queste pesano meno e sono più facili da pulire.Una volta puliti li rimetto nella custodia e sono sicuro di non sporcare ne bagnare in giro.La qualità costruttiva è buona, i bordi sono ben arrotondati, ed immagino che sia una questione importante per i bambini.Non ci sono sbavature, e la plastica non lascia nessun residuo. Inoltre è molto robusta .. impossibile romperla con i denti.unico lato strano.. nella confezione ci sono 2 cucchiai 2 forchette ed un solo coltello.. non si capisce come mai questa scelta.Per il resto, tutto ottimo :)consigliato a chi viaggia con bambini, o per chi come me, mangia pasti super frugali al volo :)

Das angebotene Produkt entspricht der Beschreibung der Seite und die Abbildung dem tatsächlichen Produkt. Die Qualität und der Preis gehen ebenfalls in Ordnung. Wer einen solchen Artikel haben möchte, kann hier zuschlagen.

Solo utilizamos las cucharas, ya que el cuchillo y los tenedores como no pinchan ni corta no sirven de mucho. El tamaño está bien para sacarlo a la calle con la merienda, pero por ejemplo para el termo que tenemos nosotros las cucharas quedan demasiado cortas y resulta un poco incómodo. La capacidad de la cuchara sí que me parece adecuada, tenemos otras más largas pero con menor capacidad, en eso estas son mejores. La caja para guardarlos es muy útil para tenerlo todo ordenado. Seguro que hay opciones mejores.

È estremamente utile per portare in giro le posate per la pappa dei bimbi perché, restando chiuse in borsa, puoi stare sicura che restino pulite e, dopo essere state usate, che non sporchino! Vanno benissimo. Leggere discrete antiscivolo.. La bimba le lancia che è un piacere. Scherzi a parte: ottime fuori casa, riescono anche ad entrare nel termos con la pappina e il pratico contenitore va benissimo quando sono sporche. Soddisfatta...
