Best Ear Buds I have ever Purchased
I apologize for such a long review. I wanted to cover everything I could about the Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro Ear Buds including the accessories that came with them. I was not given this item in exchange for my review. I purchased the Liberty 2 Pro with a discount coupon from Amazon. The box itself is impressive and a very professional looking presentation. When unboxing the ear buds I noticed the quality of the items included with my purchase. The Ear Buds look is pleasing to the eye (mine are white). The feel is very good quality. The charging case is of good quality, even though made of plastic it provides a secure environment for the earphones which I feel is important when you're spending $120 to $150.The Liberty 2 Pro Accessories: The USB-C charging cable carries a good and complete charge to the Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro case and ear buds. They also provide several Ear Tips in various sizes so you shouldn’t have any problems finding one to fit your ears. They also come with Wings in three sizes which should cover most everyone’s ear size. They also help keep the device securely in my ears. The Quick Start Guide and other paperwork are a bit hard to read. As I have experienced with other retail products the print is so small you really need a magnifying glass to read them. It would be a good idea to go to the Soundcore website and download the PDF User Manual. At least this way you will be able to view the instructions in a larger print and learn enough to operate the ear buds and app.The Soundcore App is easy enough to find in the play store. The App offers a wide variety of options and selections for configuring your earphones to your desired requirements. The App also includes HearID which intelligently analyses your unique hearing profile and creates a tailor made sound setup just for your ears. I was unable to use the HearID App as I have a severe hearing disability. I couldn’t hear a thing in the test. Yup I am 75+ % deaf in both ears.I have a severe hearing problem and need to wear hearing aids in both ears (damn the 60’s music and damn my truck with the screaming Detroit engine). The Liberty 2 Pro ear buds are not compatible with hearing aid devices so of course I have to remove my hearing aids to use them. This does not at all deter me from using them. The Liberty 2 Pro ear buds actually work better than my hearing aids. If Soundcore ever comes out with ear buds that are dual purpose (hearing aid + pleasure listening device) that sound as good as the Liberty 2 Pro or better, I will be the first in line to make that purchase. The one thing I use the most in the app is the Equalizer. This Equalizer makes the Liberty 2 Pro Ear buds worthwhile for me. I can adjust the equalizer to the right settings for my type of hearing loss and viola; I can hear everything perfect just as if I wasn’t hearing impaired. The overall sound quality is surprisingly amazing for such a small package. I never expected to hear the quality of a home theater in my ears through the Liberty 2 Pro ear buds. Bottom line I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend if you're in the market for an affordable pair of ear buds, Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro Earphones are the ones you should consider.I cannot speak to how long my good review will last. If things go haywire in the future, I may return to do a follow up review. I can only hope they last a very long time. To say the least I am very very pleased with my purchase. If I could give them 10 stars there is no doubt I would. I do recommend at the very least you try them out. I am positive you won’t be sorry. If I haven’t answered your questions contact me, I’ll be happy to reply.I did leave out some information on purpose though. I had to return my ear buds as there was an issue with the length of time they lasted before the battery died. I left this out because I didn’t want you to read anything bad without an immediate follow up. I sent the ear buds back and received a replacement pair in the shortest time ever. Problem Solved! The support person I worked with Michelle was to say the least awesome. I have shopped on Amazon and other places online for many years and never have I had an experience as I have had with Soundcore. They were very polite, very helpful and very fast. Other companies should take notice and copy their standards of customer care and support.Sorry this was so long, but it was worth it. Thank you Soundcore! Keep up the good work. Michael…

The best earbuds especially for the price you won't be disappointed
These are awesome earbuds. With the multiple different sizes of tips and wings you can easily find the right fit for your ears and they'll fit nice and snug and you won't have to worry about them falling out. This doesn't have the noise cancelling like others do but if you find the right snug fit I think it does a great job blocking out your surroundings. Really the only complaint I would have is it doesn't have that thing where you take out the buds and it stops the music right away and plays once you put them back in. Other than that I would highly recommend these. The sound quality during music is great and the call quality is among the best if not the best. The battery life with 32 hours total is amazing and will last forever. You can even squeeze out a little more depending on how low and high you listen to your music. I heard people say that there's a white noise but I didn't have it on mine and when talking to soundcore they said it was a minimal amount of them and if you have any questions or complaints their great with customer service and making sure you leave happy. It also is wireless charging which is a big plus. Only a 2nd issue I have which isn't much is when I connect to Bluetooth I go to pair one and once it connects I connect the other and it shows that the previous one is disconnecting but I'm still hearing out of both earbuds after that so I have no idea why it shows that. I have an Android instead of an apple phone so maybe it has to do with that. Overall for the price you get what you pay for and you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this to anyone. Love the app it comes with you can customize your hearing so it'll boost everything based on how you do and you can also check the battery life from the app as well.

Sound compares to concert/live performance quality at the right price.
I have to say that these are the first bluetooth earbuds that I've bought. For the price, the sound is hands down comparable to earbuds or over the ear headsets that are in a higher price range($200+). Crystal clear audio for all highs, mids and lows and I listen to a variety of music ranging from dance to country.I haven't had any audio delay when watching my shows. I use hulu, netflix, youtube, and CW. I also use spotify without any audio issues.Call quality isn't the best I've ever used but it's still super clear on both ends. With the right tips and wing tips you get some decent passive noise cancelation compared to other headsets I've used.Note that I've also not encountered the hissing people were mentioning. For the Hear ID feature, I might be doing the calibration incorrectly but after calibration the overall sound seemed lower than if I were to use either the presets or a custom EQ setting.I can walk almost completely anywhere in the house sized around 1550sqft without having connection issues. Starts to break up from 1 corner of the house to the other end.+ and - are out of a 5 rating down below for me.Pros:+++++ Audio quality++++ Build quality+++ Call quality+++ soundcore app compatible++ customizable EQ settings via the app++++ Battery lifeCons:- - the soundcore app doesn't let me customize the buttons for volume control for single press. They only allow me to customize the double tab or hold and press settings.- there's a crackling sound every time I adjust the EQ settings but note that this was resolved after the firmware update.- - when battery life hits below 40%, the bluetooth connection may start to have some issues. This annoyed me as 40% (2 bars on the app) should be more than enough to have a stable connection even if I walk a waa day from my phone for a little bit.- the ear tips that came installed seemed like an extra pair of the Small size ones but seemed like they weren't shaped properly like if they were used even though the set was brand new.Side note. If you have to re-pair your heasset(earbuds) again, make sure you adjust the volume first before putting them back on as it seems like the volume will default back to 100%.I also picked the white/silver version so that they are generally easier to find. Paid $120 for these since I missed out on the $110 sale but worth the money if you can afford it.Definitely worth the purchase for people that want balance sound range in a wireless setup.
