Good service and good product!

I started taking these around a year postpartum, when I noticed my hair looking thin. I used these for probably 6 months and noticed a small improvement in my hair growth. My fingernails however showed a lot of change. They weren't brittle to begin with but they got really, really strong and shiny. I switched to using a collagen powder now because it gave me the hair results I wanted, but if you prefer a chewable supplement, this is a good product.

Not quite the consistency for gummies I was expecting, but it tasted ok and did the job.
