I never had a recipe that called for ground mustard so this was my 1st time buying it. I went with the Amazon brand because so far everything I’ve bought from the Amazon brand has been excellent. I do a lot of cooking and baking so it’s important to use quality products otherwise the meal isn’t as good as it should be. This ground mustard was excellent because it added a nice flavor that blended in well with the other ingredients I was using. The last thing I want is someone saying , Wow, I can really taste the mustard in this dish, never a good thing. I didn’t taste anything such as salt or additives in this ground mustard, exactly what I wanted. The price was good too. I highly recommend this brand. It’s always come through for me and makes my meals tastier. You can be an excellent cook but the quality of your meals depends on the quality of the products you’re using. .
