Sony Computer Entertainment Wireless Controller (Magma Red)

Literally the best controller I've ever used. Extremely comfortable, tons of customizable features, great charge speed, and extremely responsive controls!!! Lightning fast reflexes in action games, and shooters feel as if the stick actually controls my own head direction! Love the sensitivity balance between multiple titles, the rumble is the best I've experienced(used to hate it) and motion controls that allow you to fully immerse yourself in the environment and style of a game!!! I might want to try VR someday, but I've always been mostly comfortable with a gamepad. Loved PS2 controllers for as way back as 2001, and Sony just reminded me why it was my favorite! And I can use it easily with my PC thanks to fanmade drivers!!! The color variety is great, and will definately buy a couple more in the future to support 4 Player! Sony always wins in the end, because of excellent service and correcting of past mistakes. I'm very glad to trust this company for so many wonderful years! Can't wait for DISSIDIA Arcade and FFVII Remake!!!

Its a controller, its red, it does what its supposed to do, and I lose it constantly. I like the feel of the analog sticks. This is an improvement to older variants. I tend to be pretty rough on controllers and wear out the analog sticks or the trigger buttons. This has been my main controller for 6 months and still functions perfectly. Even after multiple drops, and a decent amount of game play (1-5 hours a week). I would buy again and will probably be forced to. I notice some people are complaining about receiving knockoffs, mine is an authentic Sony controller. I bought this through amazon not a third party seller. Hope this helps.

I bought a Playstation solely to play Fallout 4. I needed a second controller so I can charge one and while using the other. There might be some new features over the Playstation 3 controller, but I haven't noticed any other than having to press the new big button once in a while. I think it was talking to me once? Is there a speaker in it? Who knows. The light changes colors, does it meant something? Who knows? It works, it responds quickly, it holds up well to frantic button pushes, so I am happy.

1+ Year Owner. They don't make controllers like they used to...they're much better now! This is one of the 1st gen controllers and it's still amazing. The red and black look is unique and stylish. In the time I've owned this controller, I've played many games on it with little to no problems. None of the buttons are worn down or stuck. I like to take care of the nice things I own, so that comes into play too, but this controller has been through some online beatings and it's still great! This PS4 controller comes with a USB cable as well. You can connect to your PS4 through the USB cable or Bluetooth. You can use the controller for Remote Play, by connecting to your mobile device through Bluetooth. Among the typical button functions, the touchpad in the middle has multiple functions based on games/apps. There is a small speaker in the controller that has immersive qualities for many games...but it doesn't function like a normal speaker. Although, the PS4 controller has a port on the back to plug headphones directly in. And if all that isn't enough to blow your mind, there's a "Share" button near your directional pad that lets you record video/pictures to save or share online. Future generations of the PS4 controller change very little, so you're not left in the past with this 1st gen PS4 controller. Going from the PS2 controller to this...it just made every game I played that much better!

Very nice controller it's a generation 3 Dual Shock 4 controller. So if you like modding controllers this isn't for you. I bought it figuring it would be a gen 1or 2 DS4 controller so I could mod it (shell triggers etc) but it's a gen 3 DS4 o well lol it's a nice controller and works very well it's an original Sony product. I did modify the thumb sticks with Xbox elite thumb sticks and I'm ordering some bullet buttons for it I'll post images when complete if anybody wants to see what it looks like. Just about as far as you can modify the gen 3 and up DS4 controller.

I've played with Playstation controllers since back when the PS1 was still the hottest console on the market. I've become accustomed to their shapes,analog controls, and button pressures. While they are all good in their own way, the Dualshock 4 surpasses them in all ways. Just from picking up the controller, you can just tell it was made with love and hours/days/weeks of hard work in constructing the perfect playstation controller. *The face buttons feel so much better to press than previous Dualshocks *It's wider so you won't hit other buttons by accident *The analog sticks have an area where you thumb can rest *The texture of the surface feels much better *The triggers are much better and shape your fingers instead of being a square like 1-3 *The L1/R1 buttons while were fine from 1-3 was actually made better somehow. It's the shape of your finger instead of a rectangle like 1-3 It just feels so "Right" if you've been a longtime Playstation fan. I've also seen people who were hardcore Xbox fans on here become instant Playstation fans just because of this controller wow.
