Good bands
I ordered two different sets of these bands to get a variety of weights. I have been using the ones provided by the exercise instructor and they work well. They are really long if you happen to need something longer.

Great Bands for strength therapy
These are the same brand my Physical Therapist uses and the resistance level works great for the different strengths, the tension isn't too tight like other brands. They work for a variety of exercises regardless of upper body or lower, they are easily portable so I can take them to work.
