Need to have instructions of how much to use to cure the meat.
It's good as what I am looking for. However, it would be better if the manufacturer has some kinds of information/instructions of how much supposed to be used, ratio, etc.

Perfect size for the amateur sausage processor. I wouldn't use a pound in a lifetime.

It works!
Not much you can say about a salt that does its job. Cures and brines meat well. I have made several pastramis with this. They all came out beautifully which probably has less to do with this salt than how it was made.
