1116 CD/528 DVD Storage Shelf Rack Unit Adjustable Book Bluray Video Games (Espresso)

Arrived quickly, very well packed so no damage on arrival. Need to follow the steps in the build instructions closely to avoid damaging sides, back board is slot-in fixed by plastic wedges; this makes it more fiddly to assemble than some other brands selling very similar style / design units. Looks good once built, other than the fixed middle row, shelves are easily adjusted. Each shelf is supported by a Ikea type metal peg, slightly recessed into the shelf to make them less visible. Overall 4.5 stars, loses half a star for the backboard fitting.

The units are easy to assemble as long as you follow the instructions ( trying to it 'more efficiently' doesn't work out lol). The Espresso units are darker than expected; the darkest shade in the images is closer to it than the first image shown. Only other minor issue is the stickers to hide the hardware are a shade lighter. Super sturdy and the flexibility of the shelf locations is nice.

There's quite a few good features about this shelf that make it worth buying: a lot of similar shelves on the market at the moment are either extremely small, were too deep for the space we needed to fit them in, or looked very "modern" (i.e., unpleasant). This unit is large enough to fit a substantial number of DVDs, was not larger than it needed to be in terms of depth, and looks quite nice.In terms of construction, it's very straightforward, a single page of instructions that are very clear to follow, and once mounted on the wall it is sturdy so far -- before attaching it to the wall it wasn't very sturdy, but this may be because of the unevenness of the floor. It holds our DVD collection with plenty of space for new ones.There are a couple of negative points -- as mentioned by another reviewer, the packaging states that returns and refunds can only be done within 24 hours of receipt, so you'll have to have the time to put it up (though not much is needed). In addition, the packaging of the back wall of the shelving could have been done better: it's made of two parts, each of which is four pieces of MDF sellotaped together; I had no problem with this per se (although it does make it look less attractive), but the plastic that the pieces were wrapped in tore very easily, so I had to spend some time picking the pieces of it out of the sellotape.But overall, only minor negative points, I wold definitely recommend this product.

Nice unit , easy to assemble but a bit time consuming but worth it.

Purchased 2 of these to house my sons extensive DVD collection there’s even room to add more! He is very happy with the units! Reasonably easy to assemble the second one being much quicker!Perfect for the job and because the base comes out at the front nice and sturdy no risk of tipping.

This is BIG!For the Avid CD, DVD, Games collection this fills the bill perfectly.You will need help with the assembly due to its size but once completed, it becomes a statement piece in any room.The Black, wood effect finish contrasts perfectly with all the CD/DVD cover arts.

Great storage and holds most of my dvd collection. It is easy to put together, but get a friend to help turn it over and lift it. It take a bit of time to assemble, about 30-45 min. We are renting and the letting does not allow any holes so we used Velcro command strips on the top and it is working great.

THE AIR WAS BLUE ASSEMBLING THIS! AND WE ARE PRETTY GOOD AT ASSEMBLING FLAT PACK FURNITURE. ALTHOUGH EACH ITEM IS NUMBERED AND IDENTIFIED EASILY THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE AWFUL. 2 PEOPLE STARTED TO ASSEMBLE AND ENDED UP ASKING ANOTHER PERSON TO HELP. THE TOP PART KEPT COMING AWAY FROM THE BOTTOM PART AND THE BACKING WAS HARD TO GET IN PLACE WITHOUT THE SIDES MOVING AND ENDING UP BREAKING AWAY FROM THE JOINED PART. IN ALL IT TOOK OVER 4 HOURS TO GET IT ASSEMBLED AND STANDING UPRIGHT. IT DOES NEED ATTACHING TO THE WALL AS IT WASNT STABLE WHILE EMPTY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING.
