Good quality curry powder. Has good flavor. And color appeal and fresh . I use it in my coconut curry sauce.Mixes well in the cooking process. For the size it's very affordable. I definitely recommend.

Nice, traditional curry blend (not really a specific Indian regional blend--just a good, well spiced, nicely complex and reliable mix). All of the Happy Belly spices and seasonings I've purchased have been fresh, loose, fluffy and not clumpy. Not super spicy (heat level). No measurable salt. GREAT price. I use it for everything from curried lentils and chicken salad to Indian curry, roasted vegetables, as a topping for cottage cheese--you name it!
