Meh....
I consider myself an intermediate exerciser and really liked the first scorcher series- I felt like it gave an awesome workout even if the breaks seemed a little long a few of the times. So I wanted to try this, the scorcher series 2.0 but found it really disappointing. Way to many breaks for too easy of moves. I barely felt my heart rate up and thought that her timing was way off the clock on the bottom of the screen. I also thought the cardio moves were weak and some awkward. It felt not well thought out. The first series is awesome and I really recommend it but this one I’m not gonna use again, I feel like I wasted my time.

Excellent
Dasha provides excellent instruction and a mix program. I never get bored, no matter how many times I do her workouts. She is also one of the most insightful and informative trainers I've worked out with.

Really slow paced and not advanced...heart rate never went above 80bpm!
As an advanced exerciser, I found this to be really slow and boring. There were way too many breaks and the production was low quality and kind of painful. I was really excited to give this a shot after reading the other reviews and had no interest at all to ever do this again. I honestly did not break a sweat and needed to do a different workout afterwards to feel like I did anything.

Great Workout - Love Dasha!
I purchased this after using Dasha's Scorcher Series, and love it!! They're great workouts, and I highly recommend them if you enjoy her Scorcher Series.
