First, if you are giving as a gift, don't buy. The box is shipped in an envelope and came completely smashed and torn up. Secondly, although it doesn't specifically say in the product description, but I was assuming from the questions and reviews that this came with stencils.....it doesn't. It comes with one time use stickers. It's an ok product, depends on what you're wanting it for.

Neon colors weren't all that bright (or pretty) in person, and I had missed the detail that this was designed to last up to 5 days (it's on the box, but not in the written product description). This makes a BIG difference to me in terms of how usable the product is (can't do face painting at a community fair if we're going to stain the little kids for days!!), and would be a selling point for many people I'm sure, so I'm surprised it's not better highlighted in the description.

It's a fun product but doesn't last or hold as promised. There are only 3 real glittering pieces the others appear more like colored sand and does not have that wow effect.

I ordered these for my daughter's neon themed birthday party to make tattoos on her friends. They all loved their neon tattoos. Quite easy to use and stays well for a few days. Recently my daughter made a tatoo for herself without any assistance and it came out perfect!

tattoos don't stay on long; they don't really look like the stencil. it is good for little ones who wouldn't care as much.

I ordered this for my daughter who is almost 10 and it's been a huge hit. The glitter is great and goes on very easy! My daughter has given herself atleast 20 since she got it(about a week ago) and has tattooed everyone who walks in our house ... Really! There's still for plenty more though. I'm so glad I got this for her.

Love this product. Only down side is the glue that comes with it. Doesn't last very long.

Bought it for older teenage girls. They love it. Great idea for an age group thats usually hard to buy affordably for. It would be great for younger kids also---with a little help---according to age. May be a bit tedious for younger groups

The glue was completely solid, and not useable. Stencils and glitter are fine. I ordered 2 kits and both came with unusable glue.
