Easy-to-Install and Great-Looking Tub Spout!
This tub spout worked perfectly for my bathroom update. The installation was quick and simple, even without professional help. It feels solid, looks sleek with its shiny chrome finish, and functions flawlessly without any leaks. A great replacement part at a very reasonable price. Very well made and easy to install
I am very pleased with the build quality of the Danco (88703) Tub Spout with Diverter. The finish is fine and the fit is perfect. It was a nice surprise to see how well this diverter unit seals the spout 100% so that all the water heads up to the shower head when the diverter is engaged. No drips and no dribbles at all. My installation has the 4" threaded outlet pipe in the wall and this spout snugged up fine with that. The kit does include additional connection pieces to accommodate other installation configurations if needed. I would highly recommend this diverter spout without hesitation.

Has parts for multiple types of installation
The spout came with parts for multiple type of installation. It actually installed fine in my case, but it left a gap of about 1 inch between the wall and spout. I also purchased another similar item but made by Dreyoo. That one also have the same problem as this one. Both actually look very similar, but when I pulled the diverter, this one still have a small amount leaking. Not sure if it is just this one I got or whatever the reason was. In all fairness, the amount of water leaking on the spout was tiny compared to the old one, but since the Dreyoo one did not have any leak, I am returning this one.As far as the spout sticking out away from the wall, I ended up going down to HomeDepot and bought some nipple and coupler, so the whole thing was about an inch shorter than what was provided. Now the spout is sitting flush to the wall.

Needed to change out the tub spout for a customer. I went with the Danco, knowing that it is a quality product. It functions very nice. It seems like it will last a long time. Customer loved the look of the matte black in the bathtub.

I needed a new tub spout and this did the trick, the old one leaked and the price was right. I would recommend.

Missing parts, product opened
The facet i received had previously been open. The plastic bag containing the small pieces had been opened and one of the big white plastic squares was missing. I needed this pieces, so I was unable to install and had to return.
