Won’t be using this product anymore, because I can get it all in one in the Q10, Which is great this is a money saving product, but with buying the Q1, I won’t need it anymore

With a product like this, you have to go by the things that you can measure and hope that this gives you an indication as to the efficacy of the product. By every subjective measure that I can assess, it's all good. I can only trust that this is so on the intangibles such as actual efficacy.

I bought it to use it with alternatively with coq10. I was taking it only over the weekend so it lasted for a long time. I did have a sense of well-being after taking it.

Good price and fast delivery. Was excited to consider the possibilities of this supplement but it has given me a crushing headache. I went online to see if it is a side effect. I did find where it definately can be but ti's supposed to be rare. Guess I'm " rare". I take other suppliments have no problems.
