Les Anis de Flavigny Candy, Lemon, 1.8-Ounce Oval Tin

Let me start by saying I hate black licorice but I love these mints. Light lemon flavored spun sugar mints with an anise seed in the middle for a fresh delightful twist!

They are ready handy to have in your purse.

Bought several of these for souvenirs. The hard candy is not very sweet but has a distinctive flavor that is surprisingly refreshing. Has a seed in the middle that has some type of medicinal properties. Aniseed I think.

This was the first time I bought these, but certainly won't be the last. They are a bit pricey, but I don't enjoy them every day. I absolutely love the anise seed in the middle of each one. I tend to be a hard candy chewer, but you really can't do that with these. They are very, very hard, but that only makes the flavor last longer!
