I don’t really ever use heat on my hair, like ever. But I wanted to curl my hair for a wedding rather than wear my normal hair style. This product was so simple and easy to use!! My curls looked wonderful and held up pretty well! If you are like me and don’t know how to use a typical curling iron, this product is well worth the money!

Simple and easy to use. It takes several seconds for each curl to set, which can feel like a lifetime if you're like me and aren't used to taking a lot of time to get ready. But, when you do have the time, it works! Makes cute curls. I've attached two photos, one immediately after setting, and the other several hours later. My hair isn't great at hiding curls, so the fact that they did this well is telling.

The item was defective when received. Would not turn on when supplied with power. My wife has had several Chi products over the years and generally found them to be reliable however, this product never worked. Item returned for refund. Last time ordering from this company.
