Flexibilty
I really like this battery bank. I like that the batteries are removable / replaceable with the standard 18650 batteries that fit in other items I have like flashlights. I can carry more capacity by just having more batteries to insert. I can use this to charge an 18650 for the flashlight by swapping them around. I can charge this with a portable USB-C solar panel, or in the car or an AC cube. What I wish they would improve is the durability, especially the lid. I drop it and the magnet attached battery compartment lid pops off. I like the magnet. Its slick and simple, but this is something I carry in a pack or pocket and I just drop it once in a while. The magnet ALSO pops out and I have glued it back in several times with epoxy or cyanoacrylate, and it just doesn't stay. A hit still pops the lid and the magnet goes too. Thankfully I haven't lost that tiny magnet yet. I don't hate it, but hopping they read this and maybe make a slightly better lid or a whole new rugged tested version. I think they could make something like this that uses their XTAR Lithium AA/ AAA 1.5 batteries, as a charger AND as a portable bank for charging other electronics. I would sure buy one. I think this an unknown gem for people who like to be prepared.

Allows recycling of 18650 batteries
I salvage 18650 batteries from spent battery packs. This charger allows me to charge the batteries but I mostly use it as a power bank. You get the advantage of more use from batteries you might recycle and throw away. The higher mAh with the 18650 batteries lasts longer than AA battery banks. I like the digital readout. I bought a second one to keep in another location.

Versatile charger
It has a magnetic lid that covers the removable batteries. The lid hasn’t come off once without me taking it off and I keep this charger in a day bag I carry around with me. The display is clear and useful with the detail it provides. I like having a charger that can charge all sorts of batteries, but I can remove the batteries to put in my flashlights too. It charges my iPhone 12 Pro Max once with a little over half the battery left using two 5000w 21700 batteries. It’s cheap, works great and provides battery options and charges USB devices. I am going to get a few of these, populate them with batteries and give them as gifts.

Definitely works as advertised!
This product really deserves 4.5 stars because of one small issue. I've overcome that by using a soft sponge under the lid to keep the battery from misalignment - this usually happens if you move it around too much. The problem with this is that the PD standard will not work and you will be limited to 5V. Most newer devices can quick charge at 9v but if one of the cells lost contact you will be limited to 5v. I am using unprotected 18650's but remember that protected 18650's are a bit longer and would prove to be a tighter fit. I ordered two of these and use them daily without any issues. I disassembled my old drill power packs and used the 18650's inside. You would not believe how these can accumulate over time especially changing the brand of cordless drill after it fails. Everything is straight forward and self explanatory, you have just one button but you will hardly use it. The device powers on itself and powers off just the same when disconnected. It powers on with very low power draw devices - something I've struggled with on other power banks. The build quality is very good and the display does it's job adequately. I really can't complain and I'm more that satisfied with my purchase.

Do not leave unattended major meltdown
Charger/Power bank & 3 different charging modes. Soft start low amperage, long main charging amperage then trickle charge to Top off the cells. Can not go wrong. (Update) I have purchased 4 of these for myself and family members. 2 are great 2 are dangerous. 50/50 chance of getting a good 1 see photos

Uses user replaceable Li-Ion.
This thing is solid. works well after over a year or so. bumps or shaking does cause the batteries to move and the device will power cycle. It seems a little bit more finiky about battery placement as it has gotten older but other than that this thing works great.

18650's pop loose too easy
while I know a swappable 18650 power bank is a bit of a niche ask this one has a bit of a flaw with the contacts as it is clearly a mobile device you would expect motion to not affect connection sadly with the much more common 18650's it can be glitched by holding and slowly inverting the device it can't possibly need sanded cells with 0% oxidation to function correctly as that is impossible to maintain without sanding through the cell in well under it's cycle life so the spring pin is too weak to have the display vertical with the plugs facing up plus in the tabletop orientation the cells can easily fall towards the lid so you need a square of carboard as the ideal packer thickness I tried foam and other stuff and it was either too thick and interfered with the magnetic cover seating or it was too thin to be useful or too pliable to be useful all in all a decent if slightly flawed version of an ideal vaper batter charger and power bank plus the current display is worthless under 500ma and the % only lets you know when it is nearly flat otherwise it can display 80% on 100% full cells or never reach 100% while charging

Functional but does not meet specs and loud coil whine
It technically works but it's not able to supply the power it's rated for, the current and capacity measurements shown on the LCD are not accurate, and there's a lot of coil whine while using it which makes it essentially unusable for daily use. I ended up recycling it after a few uses.
