Great flavour and useful on long, hot rides
I’m a big fan of these Skratch lab drinks. Well priced and not too many yucky ingredients. Very useful on long rides in hot weather.

There are 20 servings, not 40
One bag contains 20 servings, which is what it says in on the nutritional information. But the listing claims there are 40 servings.

Best sports drink till date. I have tested and tasted different sport electrolytic drinks, and they have drawbacks, with some having an intense chemical concotion, some with hideous taste and unreal flavours. Among all these Skratch was the best I could find. it has higher calories than most other drinks, but what the heck, when you are burning 2k calories per day on an MTB, you do not count in the measly 40 calories this drink has. The best thing about it is, it contains simple sugars and citrus lime flavour, quite refreshing when you just mix it up in icy water and drink it on a hot day while riding. Eliminates all the cramps and de-hydration problems you may have.I have tasted only lime and lemons flavour, as I find it pretty good.

Really amazing stuff, no fillers, just the right amount of electrolytes, and best of all, tastes amazing!! thats what you get with real dehydrated juice and real sugar, rather than artificial flavours sweeteners or the evil stevia (yuk). No weird extra long lasting aftertaste. I've used a lot of these products, tried pretty much all of them, and this is brand is easily the best of them all. its delicious, but not too strong or sweet. perfect for endurance sports when your palette and stomach can be extra sensitive to strong flavours and such. I won't buy anything else.

Tiene un sabor ligero, nada empalagoso y te re hidrata mucho mejor que un suero o alguna bebida isotónica de las mas comerciales. Utilizo el producto para ciclismo, en salidas de 150km de recorrido promedio y ayuda bastante.

I am on at least my third bag of this mix. A friend suggested it a few years ago, for training. I use it in one of my bike bottles, and have a second bottle of plain water. This gives a good amount of energy and calories to keep me from getting too hungry on a long ride. It doesn't make me jittery or mess with my stomach at all. I feel like it's really balanced. Because I read a review in the beginning about it getting hard when exposed to water, I have been meticulous about keeping my scoop dry, squeezing the air out of the bag when I reseal it, and storing the bag within another ziploc style bag to protect it from moisture. I've never had a problem with it hardening on me. I'm starting to branch out and try other flavors of this, but this one is the one I can rely on to buy in bulk and have it taste and work great.

Skratch actually tastes good, with none of the artificial sweetener taste common to other hydration tablets. The lemon flavour is very good. I use this product in 60-90 minute indoor riding classes, and the taste induces me to drink more than I would with plain water. I cannot vouch for how well it would work for electrolyte replacement for someone competing in a multi-hour bike race, as I just do not require electrolyte supplements in my not-so-demanding usage.
