Exercise can BE fun!
Discovered Gina B and Dance that Walk during lockdown, so pleased I did. I’m actually doing more exercise than before restrictions because I’m looking forward to working out and it’s not a chore (I’m still out working so it’s not that I have more time). Dance that Walk 2 is fun, using several different dance styles to get you moving, providing easy to follow instructions. I’m not a dancer and I can follow the moves easily. I don’t notice the time passing and am actually sad when the cool down comes on. The option to have 2 separate short workouts fits if you have limited time. The dvd works for both beginners and fitter people, as you can follow Mila, Gina’s mum, for a gentler version, Sarah for a more challenging one or Gina for somewhere in between. It is low impact which for me is a plus, despite this you can still work up a sweat and get your heart pumping. I would recommend Gina and her tribe, not sure I will return to the gym when it opens again, it’s not so much fun!!!

Finding the Workout "FUN" to doI am currently suffering from a bad hip, therefore sometimes finding going for walks a struggleThis DVD is great to follow,such easy steps to follow. There are a couple of moves that pull my hip,so I just walkat the end of the day Im helping my hip problem,feeling good,achieving my daily steps and finally finishing off with a "SMILE"This is my 2nd DVD by Gina......

Fun!
I really enjoyed the DVD, I had one already, Dance that Walk. I felt this one wasn’t as well filmed as the first, but found the workouts slightly more energetic and loved the choice of two 35 minutes ones or the 60 minute, which I haven’t tried yet.

Wasn't sure what to expect - but i LOVE it
I wasn't really sure what to expect from this DVD but I absolutely love it and it compliments my other workout DVD's. I have trouble with my knees so can't do high impact, I love this, easy to follow routines and they are fun. You really do work up a good sweat. I have made it part of my morning exercise.

AN EASY WAY TO GET THOSE STEPS IN
Due to the fact I had to be in isolation for 10 days I needed something that would keep me active, something low impact (I had my second hip replacement in January 2020) came across these DVD's and have ordered 3 different ones to keep it varied. Thanx to Gina I'm getting a bit fitter each day and apparently I'm doing an awesome job.

Happy,easy friendly and good for me.
I like this dvd because on a wet windy day when it is unpleasant to go for walk you can have a happy easy exercise hour in the comfort of your home. Times are so difficult at the moment living through the COVID 19 pandemic that it was great to take myself out of all the news and enjoy the music and dance moves to your dvd. Well done !!
