Great log rack but needs modified to hold logs securely.
A great fire log rack but needs a few mods.Easy to put together - make sure to use plyers or vice grips to tighten bolts properly. Also the 3 metal bars are inside tarp & not with other parts - originally thought they were missing but all good.Bought a £9 roll of wire mesh from B&Q and attached to rack with cable ties, otherwise the logs will fall out unless cut to correct length. The tarpaulin is grand for now but noticed that velcro wasn't sticthed on the best so used a stapler (from my son's Sports Direct pencil case) to strengthen the velcro. Also underestimated how much wood this log rack can hold which is a lot so well pleased with size but compact too and also seems to be quite sturdy but of course time will tell.If you're looking for an easy to put together log store that is compact I would recommend but defo needs wire mesh or chicken wire attached with cable ties for practicality.

Congratulations, VOUNOT: You’ve Invented the World’s First Firewood Catapult!
I don’t know what VOUNOT stands for, but I assume it’s short for “Very Obviously Unfit for Outdoors—No Other Thoughts.”The moment I assembled this so-called firewood rack, I knew I’d made a grave mistake. The metal is so thin and wobbly that it feels like it’s held together with the sheer force of wishful thinking and maybe a prayer. It's like a house of cards, only less structurally sound. My dog sneezed nearby, and I swear I saw the thing quake in fear. The gap between the front and back bars is a design flaw so absurd it’s almost impressive. They’re too wide to keep the logs elevated off the ground and to stop them from tumbling out the sides. It’s less a log rack and more a chaotic pile facilitator. Then there’s the "waterproof" cover. Spoiler alert: it’s as waterproof as a tea bag. The tarp flaps open at the slightest breeze—as if it’s performing interpretive dance to mock my pain. I tried securing it, but the velcro closures are so weak they might as well have been applied with kindergarten glue sticks. Now my firewood is soaked, and I'm contemplating just setting the whole rack on fire for warmth. Irony, meet utility.Do yourself a favor: save your money, your firewood, and your sanity. Unless you enjoy being personally victimized by a log rack, avoid this product at all costs. VOUNOT? More like VOUDON’T.

Good storage, with a few little niggles
Not the most sturdy structure and i needed to add a washer to bridge gaps here the nuts bolts and washers fit.Very easy to put together and very light weight. It has a decent cover which again is easy to fit, just a shame that its not securely fitted to the frame so I used cable ties.Plenty of storage and could do with a bottom shelf to stop you logs or bags of logs from falling through, but this is something you can easily do yourself like i did so it suited my needs.Value for money despite one or two little giggles, so nearly four stars

Great service and great product
I had a small problem with this item and the customer services department could not have been more helpful. They responded to my questions quickly and with practical solutions and overall it was a pleasure working with them. The small problem was quickly sorted. The log frame and cover was exactly as described. It was easy to put together and once loaded with logs easy to put the cover over the top. Hopefully there will not be too much rain this winter (I am an optimist) but if there is then I am sure this product will keep my wood dry.

Too wide for commercially cut wood
Bought this as a temporary measure. Great, easy enough to put together by myself. Issue with the lack of framing. Would benefit from some additional supports to stop your logs falling through and out of the sides. Commercially cut logs not able to sit on the frame. Will have to make some adaptions to it as someone else has done in previous reviews. But sturdy enough. Looks decent. Good enough quality of waterproof cover. Generally pretty good.

Be prepared to install additional framing.
The metal frame is sound but only accepts large logs, approximately 40 CMS long, which I suggest is much longer than the average used. Not a problem. I fitted some additional supports. The cover looks very good in the picture but unless it is completely full it sag very badly and needs an additional frame at the top of the metal to prevent sagging and water collection occurring. Not very good and definitely not worthy of more than 2 stars and I certainly would not buy it again
