These reels have 3-D pictures of museum quality dinosaur skeletons. Depth views are great. No start guide word on the reels so I just put the disc in with the label facing me and start pulling down the tab to turn the reel. The viewer always catches the disk within first pull on the tab. My son and I like to share looking through this at breakfast time. I wish I could just find reasonably priced dinosaur reels without having to buy another view finder.

I thought this was a little expensive , but comes with several disk and my grandson likes it .

I got this 3D Viewer for my 3-year-old. She cannot sit still for one minute, so this helps to keep her busy enough for me to take a shower or make a quick snack. We found an old ViewMaster in the attic that belonged to my now 16-year-old and the reels are long gone. The reels on this 3D Viewer fit perfectly into the old VewMaster, so that's a bonus; she can share with her little brother. I noticed that the images on the 3D Viewer are twice as big as they look on the old ViewMaster. I do not like the quality of the reels, though; 2 of them came slightly warped from tumbling around in the box and one of the reels was peeling off on one end, which caused the pictures to shift out of place. I had to put a little glue on it and fiddle around with the tiny pictures so that they were perfectly level with the matching photo on the opposite side, otherwise the image would be distorted. Also, the material is a thick paper on these, which I already know will not withstand my kids mishandling them. Other than that, it works great and the stereogram seems to be really good quality and would be a fun gift for any kid.

Durable little View Mastet, Love it! I purchased this for a child’s Birthday gift, he was so excited and absolutely loved it!! Now I’m purchasing more slides for the view master! This small gift can be very educational to a child’s or adults mind! No regrets , I would purchase again!!

My 4 year old loved his Christmas gift. It was one of his favorites.

Item is very cheap. It doesn’t work properly. Reels don’t change when you pull the lever. Didn’t bother to send back because kids are too small to know the difference. But I won’t by again without try out first.
