Bathtime for Twins

I was looking for a twin book for my 12 month girl twins since we did not have any. I settled on this book because we recently started taking baths together in the big tub and I thought they would be able to relate to the narrative. They enjoy the book. I love reading it. It is actually one of our bedtime books so we read it every night. It is also easy to memorize so I sometimes recite it while they are in the tub and I feel like that helps them understand the different words. At the end the twins say good night and I point to each twin and say my kids' names and I repeat the word "twins" to teach them that they are twins. They point at the picture and think about that every night. It's a sweet moment. The twins in the book could be boys or girls so it's a nice twin book for anyone.

I ordered both this book and Playtime for Twins for our twins. We found them especially appropriate because just the like the twins in the book, ours dress in stripes and solids for easier identification. That personal touch as well as adding our kids’ names into the books’ story lines help make this a fun learning tool—the babies know they’re special, and these books help reinforce those feelings. I also like that both books are many pages longer than typical board books. The story lines are simple and everyday events we can easily relate with. These are great board books for any child, but they really help twins better understand their unique bond. I’m glad the author wrote two so each twin could have a book of their own.

Good as a gift for twins. Or for your own twins , my boys love this book, used to read it to them a lot, they growing out of it unfortunately. Great rhymes about bath time.

It's not that easy to find twin books, let alone good twin books. This book is awesome. Our 12m twins absolutely love bathtime so when I found this book I got it immediately and we now keep it in the bathroom and read it to the twins during their bathtime before we get them out. They get so excited when they see us pull out the book. It's really adorable and simple, but entertaining too! We find ourselves quoting it even on nights we're not reading it. If you have twins this is a must buy.

My sister just had twins and I have been looking for stories about twins that are a bit gender neutral. This is a very cute story, and I know that the babies are going to love reading it for years to come.

I bought these for my brother who just had twins, one girl and one boy, He and his wife were so excited they had never seen twin books before and this was the best gift the twins got for the 1st birthday. Leave it to Auntie to find the best book ever, the love reading the book over and over.

This book met my expectations. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The pages of good quality likewise the print with a smooth storyline. The twins have their favorite sections. I wish the author would do a few more. Wortg the price and a good read for babies
