I just got this and took a teaspoon dose this morning. I can’t speak yet of its effectiveness. I will review again after taking it consistently for at least a few weeks. I wanted to post this right away though regarding the taste. The lemon does make it easier to swallow but this is fish oil! It tastes like fish oil! Make sure you have something to chase it down with 😂 I’m not a person who likes fish besides salmon and halibut, etc. you know, the fish that isn’t very fishy. I will still force myself to take it everyday because I believe the benefits will outweigh the taste. I like how it’s in liquid form so I feel like my body will absorb the nutrients.
