I want to buy refills. what size gumballs should I buy? The small ones- dime size? or the large ones about size of a quater?

Thank you for your question! The gumballs that fit in the Gumball Machine Maker are about 5/8" (0.6"), so slightly smaller than a dime.

I use it with our marbles and marble run. Beware, however, some tricks just don't work well with the weight of the marbles. Luckily, my son loves it when the marbles fly off the track anyway.
