No Support TSC
I purchased this TSC T244 thermal printer from Amazon about 9 months ago, and it has printed only around 5,500 labels (4x6 inches). Despite such limited use, the printer has already started showing a clear vertical line in the prints, and the print quality has become very poor. What’s even more frustrating is that even though it is under warranty, I am not getting any proper support from the seller or the company. No helpful response, no resolution. I strongly DO NOT recommend buying this printer, especially from this seller. Totally disappointed and feel like my money has been wasted.
