Loved these stories as a kid and still do. I've got no complaints, order arrived on time and in nice condition.

My daughter and I LOVE these books. She checked one out from her school library and we read it together and were both instantly hooked. When I realised it was apart of a series collection I instantly looked the series up and purchased it right away and couldn't wait to recieve it. These books by Margaret Haddix are so intriguing they keep you wanting to read one after the other, just to see what happens next, like a good show series. These books are marvelous and my daughter really enjoys them and so do i. You can't possibly go wrong with these. The series bundle itself arrived a day earlier than expected which we were pleasantly surprised and excited about. They also arrived in prestien condition. I was a little hesitant about the condition these would arrive in because of other reviews exclaiming theirs arrived ripped and/or damaged. So I was naturally a little worried about that, being that they are paperback books. However they arrived in wonderful condition. They are packaged and stored in a keepsake box which is so great. The keepsake box really helps to keep the books in order and in great shape. I also want to mention that some reviews stated they received their package with missing books...i did NOT. It arrived with each book in the series it was suppose to come with and all the books were in great condition. I definitely recommend for those who love to read or have young readers who enjoy a good book. These books are wonderful family books. I can't wait to order more series by Haddix once we have finished all of these 😊

Awesome series

This is a great series for children, especially for boys. My son had trouble finding book that interested him and this one grabbed him and pulled him in. Since it is a bit harder to find good books for boys, I strongly recommend this set.

This is an excellent series for all ages

My son started this series in school, but could not find all the books. He mentioned he was very interested in finishing the series, so I ordered the complete set and we each read all the books. My son read the starting book a couple of years ago, so now he is older than the targeted reader but still enjoyed the series. As a matter of fact, I myself enjoyed the series so much, I immediately ordered the Missing Collection by this author. It is a complex story to hold your interest and you have to pay attention to some details, but it is not a difficult read. I highly recommend this author and both this and the Missing Collection.

It was delivered on time but the packaging was ripped and the books holder got bent on the corners I wanted the books add a little bit smushed but other than that they're good would 100% recommend

My son read the first two books in this series at school and absolutely loved them. He used his birthday money to buy this boxed set. He encouraged me to read them as well, which I did. They're great books, very interesting, and well written. I'm always happy for literature that gets my children excited about reading!

What a fantastic series this is! Although it is recommended for children, I think any adult will find it engaging and compelling. Going even further, considering the way it's written and everything that happens, I think children would not appreciate this book in its entirity. A lot food for thought this is. First of all, this is a dystopian series, but it feels almost real, as it is placed in a time not very distant from ours, and the initial premise isn't an impossible idea. I don't want to make spoilers or anything like that, but I think some things should be said: -Every book in this series deliver. There are mysteries, plot twists and very good characters in every single one of them. -The main characters tend to change throught the series (books 1,2,4 and 7 have the same main character, book 3 has a different one, and books 5 and 6 have another one). I liked that a lot. It added something extra to the story and made it pretty dynamic. - The books can easily be read in like two-three hours each, so once you start one book, you literally sail through it.They are excellent if you want to start reading in English. If you're looking for a fast-paced, mystery-full and quick read, please try this. You won't regret it.

I got this set for my son and he absolutely loved them. He had them read in a few days. It was super to be able to get the whole series at the one time. A great purchase and as my son said "Pure Class".

I remember reading the first book as a child and the concept stuck with me for years. I was super excited to find this series and read it again as an adult. The concept is very interesting and had me thinking as a child and as an adult about societal classes and resource guarding. I think it is a fun series that can provoke some good deep thoughts and questions.
