Can I put white ink in this pen? If so, what kind?

You want De Atramentis White Document ink, it's the only one I know safe for fountain pens. Just make sure you have some fountain pen flush on hand as it's a waterproof ink I believe and more likely to clog but you should be fine. Always use fountain pen inks. (If your pen clogs and flush isn't enough, the community recommends sonic cleaners. But you should be fine.)

If you know, could you please tell me if the ink converter "CON - 70" will fit this pen?

The con-70 only fits the metal falcon pens, which run about 100$ more.

Do you tune the nib befire shipping it? I dont want to order one and have it not work when i take it out of thr box

Mine worked out of the box. Nice smooth writer. I purchased this pen early on in my collecting phase. When I go back to it I am always amazed how well it writes.
