Dorman 626-569 HVAC Heater Hose Assembly Compatible with Select Chevrolet / GMC Models

Fit perfectly on my 1991 Chevy c2500 350 engine. Once you gain access to the install port on the intake manifold it was easy to attach in place. Very well priced hose.

Got all the tools necessary to do the job, made some too. The hardest part of this project was getting the broken off section out of the intake manifold. Go see YOUTUBE for help. I had to use a drill, a dremmel, 2 chisels, a punch and some easy outs (they didn't work). The BIGGEST PAIN IN the ASS was the hose arrived at the Albuquerque post office and was then shipped to BOISE, IDAHO. I do not live in IDAHO!! 4 days later, I get the hose. Hose looks good, made in CHINA. Ehh. The other option for this repair is to buy the fitting that is pipe threads on one end and a hose barb on the other. I am not sure why this "hose" is half aluminum. Maybe the hose would get too hot? I wouldn't think so.

Replace heater hose and fitting, correct fit, no problem, highly recommend this parts for replacement, real good value

Perfect fit but... the assembly does not include the quick disconnect or seal and oring for install. See Dorman P/N 25689629, Heater Hose Connector - Straight for remaining parts for install. Other wise a perfect direct OEM replacement part.
