My young dog loves this bed as it is not fluffy he snuggles into it and has a good night's sleep. I have added a fleece blanket but it wasn't needed. I tried this type of bed as he was strippimg the fluffy pile from hos last bed so it had to thrown away.Bed came in a nice bright blue colour and is easy to wipe clean & has been very good value for money

This is a good bed but it’s not waterproof. My boy had an accident and it’s gone right though and with it being the XXL bed we can’t fit it in our washing machine. Comfortable and nice looking bed though.

A good size, sturdy but comfortable

This bed is excellent, my dogs find it comfy and if they are wet or have an accident, it washes and dries quickly.

I have two Doberman puppies, six months old. These beds have been phenomenal. I’ve gone through a few already. They offer great comfort and are plump, cozy beds. Beautiful colour and the material is lovely. Wards off wet paws and can be brushed off.I feel I was most impressed by how well they washed! 30 degrees, a 1600 spin and 20 mins on a cool tumble. Not sure if that’s how you are supposed to do it, however the bed came out better than when I first received it.I can’t comment on whether it is chewable or not. I’d say probably not that durable in that respect. I give my puppies blankets and toys to chew on but any dog can ruin a bed. Really happy with the price for the quality of product. I would definitely buy this again if necessary.

**I've kept my original review below.Having had this dog bed for about 12 months now, I felt I should update my review.My dog still uses this and seems happy with it, but it is certainly not waterproof at all. Any moisture soaks right through and stinks the bed (and room it is in) out. It is very difficult to wash it - even a brand new 8kg capacity washing machine struggles. if I dare to put a tiny, thin microfiber towel in with it, the machine takes all day, including mutlipe extra drains and spins with me having to remove the tiny towel and drain them separately.It does not dry well at all, at least in the winter months. I hang it in front of a heater for days on end, rotating regularly and still it leaves moisture on the floor after the dog has sort on it overnight.Very disappointed in this product, it is certainly more hassle than it's worth. Back to the hunt of finding a nice but practical dog bed.Included photos showing the size of the box it came in, instructions, outcome and size of large bed compared to a 12 week old German shepherd.Far too much plastic wrapping, but I suppose this is to keep it compact.The fabric is good quality and waterproof. The bed itself looks and feels "clean" even after multiple uses and has not gathered that typical dog bed smell. It's a good size (Large), although when my pup is fully grown she will probably only just fit on it.I have not needed to wash it yet so cannot comment on washability and drying.It is, however, not as thick/puffy as advertised. The only way to get it looking like in the advertised pictures is by constantly puffing the bed yourself, which no one is going to do. It is still a good thickness though.Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase, especially considering it's price compared to what's available at a popular UK pet store. My pup loves this bed too, didn't even let me finish puffing it up when I took it out the box!Would definitely buy again.
