Great seed
I love this grass seed comes up quickly and is very nice and dark. I'm planning on getting more this spring.

Great grass just not too hot in my area for it to survive
Grew very well for the area I planted it in but unfortunately it got too hot in the shaded area and died off as spring turned to summer here.

Works nicely on the central Oregon coast.
My backyard was getting a bit tired, dull, slow growing, etc. I fertilized and then tossed some of this seed around, and it's back to lush green. Not weed free by any means but considering I nearly started nearly from scratch last spring (with a different brand), we're very happy. I just spread it like you'd scatter chicken feed by hand. One photo shows in the middle of mowing... half mowed, half not...I missed a few weeks of mowing.

Amazing yard in less than a month after seeding
Spread over 60 cubic yards of topsoil around my newly built house first week of December. (Topsoil approximately 4” deep) I would guess 95% germination with daily watering and a light layer of straw. Only places it did not sprout was where the wind blew the straw into too thick of a covering. Was able to rake those spots out and drop some more seed to fill in those few bad spots. Good soil +this seed+rolling for seed To soil contact+light straw+water =great results

Full of weed seeds
Used for front yardoverseeding. Grrrrr tons of grass like weeds growing out of my front lawn. Gave it the benefit of the doubt. Three weeks later did a total renovation of a thousand square feet in the back of my yard. We removed all old grass put 2 inches of good topsoil. The same grass like weed grew out of topsoil. I would say about 10% coverage. Many seeds did not germinate. At the same time use the leftover seeds to overseed my the rest of my backyard. Low and behold now my backyard is full of same weeds as the front yard. It is definitely the bag of seeds I bought from them. Pulled out a 32 gallon trash can worth of this grass like weed I don't know what it is. Luckily it pulls out pretty easy with the root. That is just the front yard. My backyard is a mess. I don't write a lot of reviews but wish I never planted their seeds. I could understand a few weed seeds but this is too much.

Great germination and growth rates
Germinated in 7 days and grew in thick quite fast. Very pleased with this seed's success and quick deep green color.

Don't Use in Texas
Maybe that's great grass, but it died in a month. Don't survive in Texas.
