Just recieved it, connected it within 30min, not sure whats the problems with connections other had. It was easy. Well the hose conventer was leaking at first, but only because it had to be pushed all the way in so it slides under the gasket. Works fine now. All good, appy so far but only have it for 2hrs so will see. Update after 6 weeks: Very happy with the product, water is amazing, just flush through first 5 liters as can have a bad taste from new filter, but after that the water is really good, I even drink more water now.

This is the worst product I’ve ever come across. DO NOT waste your money on this product.

I almost returned this. The tap fitting; although comprehensive did not fit in any way, shape or form. It also would have been unsightly, with pipes cable wrapped to the spout .. contradicting the manual of "keep out of direct sun light!" .. most sinks are in front of a window. Any finally after much frustration i plumbed the unit on a dedicated water feed via a tap outlet. I took the waste water (out) though the wall and it drains into the grid, I supplied electric on a separate feed ...and hey-presto ..fully working and what a bit of kit! My berkley is now retired. This is awesome, but what a faff fitting it. All plumbing parts available on Amazon, and if you are doing this get a pack of 6mm to 10mm connectors ...for the water in, the one supplied leaked and fell to bits.

It's really worth to buy it if you care about your health. I measured ph, it's really high up to 11 and OVP up to - 800. Have it only couple days, but already feel more energy.

This thing is a con. Instruction manual unless...and £600. Stay well clear!

Easy installation and great customer support. I had an issue with a connector leaking but was replaced immediately. Easy to use and feeling the benefits. Don't be fooled by more expensive machines this one is brilliant.

I’d like to purchase the alkaline filter but but it’s out of stock on Amazon so there’s no point in purchasing this expensive machine

I've never been able to get this to work since I received it. I tested the PH with a tester compared to the mains water and the PH is the same.
